Terms & Conditions

1. General Commercial Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all equipment sales, accessory orders, quotations, and service contracts concluded between Haas Marketing (registered under GSTIN: 24BMQPP4630Q1ZB, Palanpur, Gujarat) and the purchasing hospital, clinic, nursing home, or healthcare professional ("Customer").

By submitting an online quotation request, issuing a purchase order, or accepting a proforma invoice, the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by these commercial terms.

2. Quotations, Pricing & GST Compliance

• Price on Request: Because medical technology configurations vary (e.g. dome lux ratings, table mechanics, sensor compatibility), product listings on this portal represent indicative technical profiles. Official prices are delivered via customized itemized quotations.
• Validity: Quotations issued by Haas Marketing are valid for 30 calendar days from date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.
• Taxes: All applicable Central & State Goods and Services Taxes (CGST/SGST or IGST) are itemized in compliance with Indian tax law under GSTIN 24BMQPP4630Q1ZB.

3. Dispatch, Delivery & Buffer Stock

• Immediate Dispatch for Spares: Universal medical accessories (SpO2 sensors, ECG leads, NIBP cuffs, warming blankets, medical batteries) held in our Palanpur buffer warehouse are typically dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Capital Equipment: Major capital installations (Operation Theatre Lights, Hydraulic Surgery Tables, Anesthesia Workstations, ICU Ventilators) are scheduled in coordination with hospital biomedical engineering teams for on-site commissioning.
• Transit Inspection: Equipment must be inspected upon delivery. Any transit damage or shortages must be reported to our helpline within 48 hours of physical receipt.

4. Warranty & Technical Support

• Standard Warranty: Haas Marketing provides comprehensive OEM manufacturer warranty coverage (typically 1 to 2 years as stipulated on invoice) covering manufacturing defects and core electronic components.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages resulting from liquid ingress, deliberate physical impact, electrical power surges beyond prescribed tolerances, unauthorized third-party repairs, or normal consumable wear and tear.
• On-Site Service: For hospitals located across North Gujarat, Haas Marketing operates a direct rapid response biomedical team for on-site calibration, preventive maintenance, and emergency loaner support.

5. Clinical Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

Medical devices supplied by Haas Marketing must be operated exclusively by qualified medical officers, surgeons, and trained clinical staff in adherence with manufacturer instruction manuals.

Haas Marketing shall not be liable for incidental, clinical, or consequential damages arising from improper device calibration, operator error, or clinical treatment outcomes.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any commercial transactions arising hereunder shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with supply contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palanpur, District Banaskantha, Gujarat.
